Enquiry information

The enquiry and support forms save your name, email, business, selected tools and the request you describe. A support request can also include its topic and a related reference. This information is used to assess and respond to the enquiry, not to add you to marketing lists.

Where it is held

Enquiries are stored in the site's hosted database and shown in an access-restricted owner inbox. The site uses Sites hosting on Cloudflare infrastructure. If a notification provider or helpdesk is connected, its details and data handling will be added here before it is used for client enquiries.

Keep sensitive information out of the form

Do not submit passwords, API keys, customer databases or sensitive personal information. Appropriate secure access is agreed separately after the fit check.

Access, correction and deletion

Use the contact form to ask Jack Auger about access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, with your saved reference if available. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing information. The final published notice will identify the responsible business, lawful basis, privacy contact, retention periods and applicable provider/transfer arrangements.

Analytics and cookies

No advertising pixels, behavioural analytics or session recording have been added to this website. Necessary hosting or sign-in technologies may apply when using the private preview. See the cookie information.
