AI AUTOMATION REPAIR

AI automation troubleshooting and repairs

It skips records, writes the wrong thing or quietly stops. We investigate the whole process—including the connections around the AI—then explain what can be fixed and what should change.

WHAT WE CAN FIX

Problems we can investigate

It breaks on real records

A missing field, unexpected format or longer input can expose a gap the demo did not cover.

It stopped after a change

An expired connection, changed field, permission or usage limit can interrupt the surrounding workflow.

It runs, but the result is wrong

An output can have the expected format and still contain an incorrect value. Check it before writing to an important record.

It repeats an action or fails quietly

Review retries, repeated events and error handling. Understand which actions completed before a failed run is replayed.

EXAMPLE REPAIR

An empty AI result overwrites a useful field

Check action success and validate the result before updating the record. Keep the existing value when the result is missing and send the case for review.

HOW THE WORK IS APPROACHED

How we carry out the work

Inspect

Compare the intended result with recent run history and identify the business impact.

Isolate

Reproduce a bounded example and separate connection, data and AI problems.

Repair and test

Agree the change, check realistic and failure cases, and add an appropriate review or exception path.

Hand it back clearly

Explain the cause, changes, test results and anything that still needs attention.

ONGOING IMPROVEMENT

Making the repaired process easier to manage

Some AI steps should be replaced with a clear rule or a person checking the output. The aim is a process you can understand and operate.

One-off investigation and repair are available without a monthly subscription. Missing logs, lost data and third-party restrictions can limit what can be recovered. Scope and price are agreed before paid work.

We agree the work before making changes to live automations.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions about this service

Can you repair something built by someone else?

Potentially. The fit check covers the tools involved, the available access and whether there is enough history to investigate. Repair is not assumed before that check.

Do I have to subscribe?

No. A one-off investigation or repair can be quoted separately. Ongoing support can be discussed after the initial problem is understood.

What should I include in the enquiry?

The tools involved, what should happen, what happens instead, when it last worked and any recent changes. Do not include passwords, API keys or unredacted customer data.

Tell us what you need help with

A few details are enough to check the fit and explain where to start. The scope and cost are agreed before paid work.
